Decorative Pallets And Wheels

decorative pallets and wheels

Decorative pallets and line pallets can be made to suit most decorative wheel and fillet designs and are supplied curved with a 10 inch diameter arc unless flat tools are requested when ordering. (See below for catalogue and price list)

They are made 3 inches long as standard, but can be made shorter or up to 4 inches if required.

The pallets are engraved with extra depth around the outer edge, leaving the indentations which are an essential visual aid for preventing "doubling" when additional impressions need to be located.

Type high brass strips are also available in most designs. Ideal for underlining or bordering alongside type, they can be cut any length up to 6 inch

Decorative book binders wheels

Decorative Wheels are made to the same high standard as all the tools in this range, very deeply cut on turned blanks 3 inches in diameter.

The wheels are mounted between cast gun metal forks with specially designed shouldered steel screws, that alleviate binding.

They are sold complete with fork and handle, though wheels only can be supplied.

Here you can download a copy of the Decorative Pallets & Wheels catalogue. The catalogue is in .pdf format and you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar to read it. You can download Adobe Acrobat here for free if you do not have it, it is a perfectly safe, widely used software for reading .pdf files.

The catalogue has been scanned at quite a high resolution in order that it may be printed out and none of the fine detail of the tools lost. Because of this the catalogue may take a few minutes to appear in your browser, if you still have a dial up connection I suggest going away and making a cup of coffee, if you have broadband it should only take a minute or two.

Just click the link below and a window will open in your browser, wait a few minutes and the catalogue will load, then it can be saved to your PC.

bookbinding

I received my equipment. Wow, the quality is astounding I don't know where in the states I could get tools made this well. The large laying press and finishing press are massive and the sewing frame is to die for. I guess old world craftmanship still lives. I am glad I bought from you instead of buying in America just to get it fast. To have the equipment (made and) delivered within 30 days was not too long to wait. Frank

I received the type holder yesterday, it actually arrived quicker than I thought it would.
Thank you for all your help and for the great customer service, really appreciate it. Bruno

The DVD's arrived last week and I have been glued to the tv screen. I have been busy sharpening my knives the way the DVD teaches, and it works! Great to have really sharp knives. Mac

Just a thank you for your excellent tutorial on clasp making -wonderful. Thanks so much. You're really generous to share your knowledge and skill with us youngsters. Tony

I just wanted to say thank you for being so patient with me over my choice of bookbinding press, so nice not to be subjected to the hard sell. Mary
